The world situation has dictated a change in the faces of our National Defense. For over two centuries it was primarily the men and women in uniform that stood in the gap for the citizens of this great nation. Today those who "stand in the gap" not only wear the uniform of our military services. The 21st century has seen the dawn of a new breed that now is our line in the sand. These are the contractors, civilians and First Responders who dedicate their lives to preserve our safety, contribute to our protection and uphold our freedoms. Whether working on projects testing systems, developing weapons to use in the next decade, or patrolling the streets, they all contribute to our defense. They are our defense at home just as our men and women serve abroad.
Our men and women in uniform have a network of support second to none. When they travel, or "go TDY" they have a support network at all military instillations. We continue our pledge to serve those in the military. But in addition, R.S.P.,LLC is committed to providing an equal network of support to the new breed of defender when they must travel and train. We dedicate ourselves to serving these groups.
It was from a sense of service to these individuals that Resource Service Professionals LLC was formed. We are known as Huntsville’s own executive event development and hosting service. We are here to meet all our clients’ non academic needs by providing a total support network-a home away from home.
We are committed to handling the painstaking, job of planning and organizing any event. Whether our clients needs is to host a conference for more than a hundred people, or arrange long term support for a training of 25, we will handle all the arrangements. We offer more than 75 years of combined planning, procurement, and event organizing experience. But once the arrangements are made we are not done. We continue to serve as the concierge to these groups during their preparation for travel and during their stay.
We provide in-depth knowledge and referral to local hotels, meeting spaces, conference centers, restaurants, entertainment venues, as well as other businesses in the area. . Our staff maintains special working relationships with numerous hotels, restaurants, caters, and rental car agencies. We offer hotel pre-screening and verification of availability. We can arrange site inspections for our clients and negotiate rates and terms. We provide on line registration and a web page dedicated to each specific event or group hosting. Furthermore, R.S.P.,LLC will handle all hotel and rental car reservations at no charge to our clients.
